Within a week of applying they responded asking me to pick an interview time from a given 3 hour window per day over 5 days. They then send a calendar invite for the day and time of my pick with a zoom link. The interviewer, a Front End Developer, joined zoom with video right on time, introduced herself, asked me the "tell me a bit about yourself" question. She then moved on to some basic technical questions on HTML, CSS, JavaScript and SQL. Asked if I had any questions for her at the end and said someone from Nylas will contact me the very next day, if I get selected for the next stage - a take home assignment and a panel interview after that. Was very nervous as it was my very first technical interview as a wannabe developer, but was a pleasant interview all in all, friendly interviewer.
