O'Fallon Casting interview questions

The interview was kind of a joke. I didn't care though, because I already knew I was getting the job. It is all about knowing the right people there. The interview was maybe 10 minutes, followed by a 40 minute tour of the plant, and a 10 minute introduction to my supervisor. I walked out with the job.
