I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at O'Reilly Auto Parts (Houston, TX) in Sept 2025
Interview
Pretty simple, asked me a few questions on my past experience and how I could make their company a better business. Worked here for 7 months now, I hate it.
Questions
Basic car knowledge, asking about car parts, previous experiences, and personal questions like hobbies, and stuff like that. The interview goes by very smoothly, first is a manger interview, then a DM interview, nothing to dificult.
A matching test with numbers about 5 digits long.
