Interview
The interview process lasted a couple of weeks and involved both a phone and in-person interview with HR followed by a skills quiz. Afterwards I had an interview with the main manager and a panel interview.

When they asked for me to describe some of my flaws, I knew the question was coming. As long as you prepare for this question with a few thoughtful responses you'll do fine. Be sincere, but modest. It's best to let them know how you're working to change these flaws.
