The manager had me go to his office and asked standard questions to learn about my personality and who I was. I was then given a worksheet to match up part numbers and to notate which numbers matched and which did not. Missing a few will not cause you to be turned away.

Pretty simple, asked me a few questions on my past experience and how I could make their company a better business. Worked here for 7 months now, I hate it.
Questions
Basic car knowledge, asking about car parts, previous experiences, and personal questions like hobbies, and stuff like that. The interview goes by very smoothly, first is a manger interview, then a DM interview, nothing to dificult.
A matching test with numbers about 5 digits long.
