Applied online. Selected for a phone interview, then moved to an interview at the local warehouse. Next was a virtual interview with a more senior leader at the organization. I thought things were going well, received information on benefits, and had correspondence with the recruiter, etc. Then...ghosted. No response to my follow-ups, no email, nothing.
