I interviewed at O&G Industries (Old Saybrook, CT)
Interview
Pretty Standard Interview. Meet with two Senior engineers who described the project specifications and the responsibilities of the role. The job description and my expectations did not align with the actual day to duties.

Question 1
How is your work experience applicable to this role?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at O&G Industries (Torrington, CT) in May 2023
Interview
Two part interview after initial phone screening with HR. Met the IT team over a remote session and then in person. Team seems great, was especially impressed with their long term goals, and that the CTO was hiring out for specific job roles so that folks weren't wearing too many hats. Everyone on the team was cordial, professional, and candid. Overall a very good interview, with fair compensation and benefits. I didn't opt in for the job since it was a five days a week on site position with some travel which is not what I'm looking for at this time, but it seems like an excellent opportunity.

I applied through university. I interviewed at O&G Industries (Torrington, CT) in Apr 2017
Interview
Very laid back interview with the VP of Project Management. More like a conversation about goals, interests, myself and then the company. Quick to schedule the interview and follow up as well.
