OCS Group Interview Questions

Took an hour for interview and an hour for technical test approximately. Took 2 hours roughly. Many questions compared with other companies. Not bad mood during the interview. Some questions are complicated.

Quite intensive because of the responsibility involved and proof of entitlements a must. Such as right to work . Also being qualified to do the job. The interviewed were very approachable and no intimidating in any way. They seem like a very’up front’ type of organisation.

2 stages what they had to say was interesting friendly short interview helpful information about the role. Met with current role holder discussed role and about the business. Second stage with he director friendly relaxed interview with a presentation required.

The interview process at OCS group was a very positive one. Questions were fair. Need to be familar with the business. Good process overall and feedback was constructive. Not too difficult either. Nothing further to add.

It was a phone interview, it was convenient and easy, the recruiter was friendly, polite and respectful, she asked me about my experiences and my job title, my responsibilities and there is another interview in case if they picked me

Went in a hall with 20 others, as you went in they took passport and right to work and then we sat down and watched training videos on safety etc and then filled out forms to start work as soon as the next event was.

It was a group interview and was quite informal. The employer asked everyone there the same question and then pulled us one on one to answer more private questions. It was informal and easy to integrate into.
