Applied online and was contacted about 2 weeks later for an interview. Interviewed with the VP of HR for a half hour. She asked me generic IT interview questions. She left, then I interviewed with the Desktop Support Supervisor. He asked me slightly more detailed, but still generic IT questions. Things like "How do you feel about customer service?" I got a call for a second interview for the next week to meet with his team. It was me being interviewed by 7 people in the room and 2 in a video call. Needless to say, it was awkward. I thought I was being interviewed for Desktop Support, but the only people asking were a Senior Applications Analyst and a Senior Server guy. No technical questions asked. It felt like they didn't have any questions prepared for me, so they were making it up on the spot. About 15 minutes into the interview, I knew that I had no shot.
