Received an email to set up a phone interview. After setting up phone interview, I received a phone call 20 minutes late, which is exactly what many other reviewers have stated happened to them as well. The woman interviewing me not only did not apologize for calling late, but also made no mention of it whatsoever before beginning the interview. She was pretty unenthusiastic, and it seemed like she was just reading questions off a paper. After I answered each question, there was a 15 second pause of silence on her end.. No follow up questions. Overall, not a very good experience.

Applied online and was contacted to schedule a phone interview the same day over email.
Interview was pretty standard but the recruiter was pretty shady and used the bait & switch method. He interviewed me for the import coordinator position but multiple times during the interview the recruiter told me that he “felt” I would be a better fit for their sales team (which they are having trouble filling). Towards the end he brought up sales again and told me he could put me in front of the hiring manager the next day if I was open to sales.
I expressed that I didn’t have an interest in sales and was looking to Interview for the import coordinator positions. After that the recruiter abruptly ended the interview and ghosted me.
Very unprofessional. I understand recruiters have quotas to meet but you should respect the time and wishes of your applicants.

It was a phone interview at first then I met the manager in the office. They were really nice and kind. The interview was very casual and they comfort me.
