I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at OEC (Oakville, ON) in Oct 2023
Interview
It was a 3 interview process which included the HR/Recruitment person then the leader for the role and finally another senior leader from the office.
There were slight delays due to vacations but I was always kept in the loop by the HR/Recruitment person.
After the final interview, an offer followed quickly.
