I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at OEM Group (Seattle, WA) in Jul 2015
Interview
When I got to the interview, there were two individuals from OEM Group. It was very relaxed and they just wanted to see what kind of person you were. The interview took place in a hotel room and they read off my resume and asked questions from there. They really just want to see how interested you are in the sales area. If you really want a sales job, you have to sell to the interviewers that it is your passion and that it's the only thing you want to do.
