Interview
Probably the most unprofessional interview I've been on. The person I was interviewing with could not stay on track, then apologized and stated they had ADD (this happened several times). They also offered unsolicited professional advice and shared political views, though no topic that was mentioned pertained to politics. Lastly, it was mentioned several times to not respond to office politics and gossip and in the next breath, they talked about plant managers they didn't work well with. I did not ask many of the questions I typically ask as I just wanted to leave. I do not know how this person is in the position they're in. I could not imagine working for them.

I couldn't provide a specific example. They'd ask a question, interrupt and get side tracked on an unrelated topic. Very chaotic interview with very little accomplished in the process.
