I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at OHEL
Interview
I first met with one of their supervisors for a quick and brief interview. I was made to feel very comfortable and the supervisor was nice and asked me a few questions about my past experiences.
Why you want to be part of the organization and helping those with special needs. Taking several tests to train for taking care of those with different needs. The process is slow to eventually start.

Very disorganized. Hard to have a fluent conversation. Would not try again. It's very hard to get any responses through email. Ccomuuunication gets lost like a broken telephone. Seems like a nice company but too unorganized
