First step was a phone conversation with HR Manager. Desired salary was discussed over the phone, along with experience and career goals. In person interview scheduled over the phone. The next week I visited the office and met with 2 of the firm's partners. I brought work samples and reviewed several projects and how I personally contributed to each project. Interview was extremely warm, casual, and friendly. I received an offer two days later that was just below what I requested. I accepted the offer and did not counter offer. The positive culture of this firm truly shined through during the interview process.
