OLX Group Software Engineering Manager interview questions

This was for their olx auto division It was mostly around a rate limiter implementation system design but the interviewer was so stuck with his own version such that he wasn't open for other approaches. They have overall 5 rounds and at the end all the interviews do a get together call do figure out if the candidate is a go or not. The technical panel are very adamant, in fact one of the situational question asked was if your technical decision is not being agreed by all the stakeholders how do you convince them.
