Four rounds of interviews: two phone interviews (due to location) and two personal interviews. Straightforward, formal interview style with very little personal content. Very business-like. The office culture was very business-like and more corporate than other ad agencies. Not very friendly or inviting at all, although, the employees were very nice, if a bit stressed.
