My experience with OMD Malaysia interview process was exceptionally positive. The interviewers took the time to discuss the company's values, goals, and expectations, which demonstrated a genuine interest in ensuring a mutual fit. This approach not only made me feel valued as a candidate but also reinforced my enthusiasm for potentially joining the OMD Malaysia team.

Applied through LinkedIn and was contacted by recruitment over email, they sent across a list of some supplementary questions for me to reply to for some additional details relating to the role. Then there were 2 rounds of interview - first with my direct team lead, and about 2 weeks after that, a second with both the team lead and director. For both rounds, generally I found that the interview conversation was allowed to flow quite naturally.
