The interview process starts with a phone screening with HR. Then I was able to meet directly with the person who would have been my supervisor. It was a great interview and I felt confident after. Then I met with another person, one who was much less personable and less impressed with me. I checked ALL the boxes and somehow the second interviewer didn't care. Not sure why they went a different direction.
