OPENMIND TECHNOLOGIES interview questions

4 stage + presentation requirement. Initial interviews were standard and enjoyable. COnsisted of HR and Line manager for first 3 interviews. Final interview included a presentation and was conducted by same 2 previous interviewers plus a new participant, in this case COO. The new participant seemed to have a veto on the whole interview process and made the past 3 meetings pointless. I was told I'd hear the following day , but in reality I was left without any contact for 2 weeks. I finally received a rejection via email.

I applied online on their job postings. The hiring team were very professional in their conduct and fast approached me. I was interviewed the next day by the Director and had a technical interview 2 days later. Once I did well on the interview I was invited for an In-person interview at their Fremont Branch office. I was selected and they addressed all my concerns and were quick to make a decision.
