OPSWAT IT Manager interview questions

Pretty standard but more on the conversation side of things that you are willing to do and less on the technical side. I was interviewed by another manager, so in theory, he would have been my peer. I don't think they have an HR because after you have interviewed as long as I have, he seemed very unsure on how to conduct one. After I thought we had a great interview and proceeds to tell me that I would be moved up to the next level because I definitely qualified, he went completely silent for a week. I followed up with times I was available to make sure we could do the next interview and two days later I receive an email that they weren't going to consider me for the position... Left me completely confused.
