I was approached by an external recruiter for this company who was very persistent on arranging the interview between me and the company. I have received a job offer elsewhere and planned on joining that company, so I told them I would not be able to attend the interview due to this. The recruiter insisted and said that the interviewers were very keen on meeting me and told me there is no harm in meeting them. When I attended the interview, the recruiters were rude and dismissive. They had the typical old mindset, and made it seem like the company does not have a good culture.
