OS HRS interview questions

Interview was quite straightforward. They want to know more about your experience. The interviewee should focus more on clarification of the position applied since the company host more than 10 country of payroll service. This is to gain insights of how your future employment with the company.

HR contact me after I drop my resume one week ago . Interview just one round only included the Japanese language test . Received a result in next day mentioned want to offer me . But in the end I choose to declined the offer due to the below reasons : 1. Too many bad reviews about this company . Not only here , other platform also mentioned the same thing . 2. They asking me to provide my previous company contact details for background check but I refuse to give them due to bad relationship with my previous company .
