OTJ Architects interview questions

I applied online and was asked why I worked at a number of companies. Apparently having had worked at different firms is a negative. A bit archaic to be thinking that today.

Amazing people and I cannot say how refreshing it was to have an interview experience like that one. It was a very welcoming and comfortable interview process where I felt like I could be myself and talk about my experience and how I think I could contribute my skills to the company.
