I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at OTR Solutions (Roswell, GA) in May 2026
Interview
Did a first 20-minute phone call with HR, a 30-minute phone call with the product director, and then a 4-hour in-person interview at Roswell. Overall experience was okay, the 4 hours in person interview was tough since there were no breaks in between, and was constantly meeting people after people. This is something else, but felt a bit off because everyone in the office was dominantly white and felt there wasn't a lot of inclusivity in different races or POCs.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at OTR Solutions (Roswell, GA)
Interview
I had a phone call interview with HR. She was very friendly and explained the role very detailed. I received the call on time, lasted about 30-35 minutes. She gave me the space to ask any and all questions I had.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at OTR Solutions (Roswell, GA) in Nov 2025
Interview
The talent acquisition specialist reached out to me via LinkedIn after within a couple of days of submitting my application to schedule a phone interview. I gave my availability and they selected a time. Less than 5 minutes before the call, they messaged me asking to reschedule because a meeting ran late. I understood and rescheduled for the following business day during a time they chose. I again prepared for the phone call, and they never actually called me. I sent a follow up message on LinkedIn and received no response.
