OTTO Pizza interview questions

I walked in, asked for the manager, told him that I worked across the street in another pizza place. He told me to come back the next day to fill out onboarding paperwork and discuss my availability.

Test-run on the oven. It is pretty much do or die. Really nice throughout the entire process and very hands-on in terms of training. Ask as many questions as you can and pick things up along the way. Everyone has their own way of doing things so pick up as much knowledge from veterans as you can.
