Oak Harbor Freight Lines interview questions

Lengthy in person interview. Interview was a panel of people. Asked the regular interview questions but also asked personal questions. The company is a large company but still family owned. They were interested in you personally not just work history.

First I got a call to schedule the interview. When the day came, I took a typing test, questionnaire, and got interviewed at least 15 basic interview questions relating to past, current, and situational job relations. I was given a job offer after two weeks from interviewing, then told to take a drug test.
