I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Oak Street Health
Interview
Pretty simple interview over the phone and then in clinic. They basically want to know if you are able to get the work done. You will see patients on your schedule as well as triage over the phone, complete administrator tasks, etc.

The interview price was pretty simple. I applied and within days, I was contacted by a recruiter. She interviewed me over the phone which was easy then set me up with a 2nd interview for in person with a manager. My 2nd interview went well too and I was offered the position the same day.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Oak Street Health (Philadelphia, PA) in Jan 2025
Interview
Interview process was great. Practice Manager was transparent about areas of improvement, expectations, and company values. I would recommend this organization. The integrated care infrastructure is remarkable. The model is fairly new in this field but I am very optimistic about its success.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Oak Street Health (East Saint Louis, IL) in Mar 2024
Interview
The interview process was long. It was a panel style interview where each person ask me questions about my work history as well as what projects I contributed to help achieve goals, etc. The people were nice but it felt more like an interrogation rather than getting to know the candidate. I also had an impromptu interview with the Human Resources afterwards and that went well too.
