I applied online through Indeed, and received an email for an initial phone interview within two weeks of applying. The first phone interview was pretty positive, and lasted no more than 20 minutes. The HR Person was pleasant and engaged. Within a few hours of the first phone interview, HR emailed me to schedule a second F2F interview the following week. That second interview was on-campus with the Superintendent, Head of Enrollment, and Secondary Principal. All three were very welcoming and truly engaged in our conversation. It was easily the most pleasant interview I've had. They really make you feel welcome and get you thinking about all the potential opportunties at OCS. By the end of the interview, I was actually excited about the prospect of joining their faith-based team.
