Three month process ,4 stages interviews, ended up with a rejection first, an offer over the phone after a week and then they asked me to do a trial of two days in store.Then they disappeared.After a week they told me that they will put the store manager position on hold because the flagship store of Covent Garden is having some delay in the renovation process.In reality that was a salary problem.Even if they asked me about my salary expectation they offer was 3K less of what they promised.All the recruitment process starting from the internal recruiter has been unprofessional and sketchy.A really bad experience.

They asked me about my past roles, discussing my KPI's knowledge.
