They focus more on personal skills than technical skills. No technical skill questions at all. Basic interview questions about times you've struggled, dealing with difficult people, ect. Be focused on safety and working as a team. OXY is a family and they want to make sure you're going to help rather than hurt the company.

One video call interview with two people. One plant manager and one HR representative. Questions were about experience on my resume and general behavioral question. One very easy technical question that did not require any in-depth knowledge.
