They do make you feel comfortable when interviewing. They also have you take a short math test and they ask some easy questions. They also describe the job duties, and pay. It was a short interview. The overall experience was easy. They don't tell you about their point system though at least they didn't me anyways.

Polite asking questions really observant and patients when needing time on specific questions explaining job title was over the top amazing management and supervisor work or a team is amazing and zoom and in person
Straight forward and easy interviewing process. Apply on company website then recruiting will contact you to set up an interview and will notify you within a week. Nice people and fun to work with.

Interview
Over the phone interaction and a video chat. Everything went well and everyone was friendly, professional and communicative. I was hired within 2 weeks of applying and after one week of initial correspondence from a recruiter. I recommend anyone else to apply for employment as well.
