The first round was telephonic round where the interviewer asked the basics questions on my technical skills. The second round was Google Meet round where I was asked aptitude question, one DSA question and questions related to projects. The third round was scheduled on office where I was interviewed by two software engineer, product manager and CEO. Overall the interview experience was great.

One of the worst interviews I have ever attended. Had 4 people/rounds interview including one with the founder. Apart from this, there was one task round that involved website critiquing, strategy and ideas for the organisation (24 hour deadline). Additionally one aptitude test was there. All four rounds of interview were horrible. The founder was demoralising and belittling at every sentence. Kept repeating how you are at the lower bracket of the salary and how you don't know what you are doing. And with other 3 rounds this was the major theme in the questioning. Interviewer 1 - You know we are a start up right? you will have to work 6 days a week. Interviewer 2- We don't believe in working from home. We also believe in clocking 12 hours a day for 6 days a week. Interviewer 3 - We actually work on Sundays too. Even when you go home and you get calls, you will have to attend to it. Moreover, No resources to be provided like laptop of phone for the organisational needs. Also, rejected a request for rescheduling the interview as I was shifting houses that day. Insensitive, unprofessional and rude. During the interview the asked questions relating to operations and when I pointed it out, they said they weren't sure what the role was yet. By the HR round, I had enough and I mentioned politely that startup doesn't mean that someone has to work 7 days, 12 hours each and even after work hours with meagre remuneration. Maybe this rubbed them off in the wrong way and a person came to me and said we are not going ahead because you don't have operations experience (which was not really required for my role) . The process was torturous and maybe just a way for the organisation to get some free ideas.
- Mostly to how to talk to customers in Hindi and advice on how startups are all about 24-7 working and no life.
