Octagon interview questions

Pretty light interview process, the interview was very easy to talk to and made it easy to connect with them. I struggle with interviews and don't believe I am too good at them so this process made me feel comfortable.

The interview process consisted of three steps and very detailed and relaxed. Scheduling the interviews were very easy to submit your availability for the week based on the recruiter/hiring manager schedule and they would schedule time from there vs going back and forth on timing. The initial phone screen was great and the recruiter knew all of the details of the role so I felt that everything was covered and the questions asked were very relevant and specific to the job. The second stage was with the hiring manager and was very professional, conversational and extremely detailed. There was also a third portion of the hiring process that included a relevant exercise based on some of the typical work required of the job. Overall I was very impressed with the ease, transparency and thoroughness of the interview.
