Interview was a whole day and unpaid. They said it would be a trial day at the school with an interview lesson and an interview after school. Had to wait 3 hours to teach the interview lesson and then was told when my interview was. Felt quite unsafe being in the school with no prior knowledge of how behaviours are handled so you kind of have to fend for yourself on the day and try not to get overwhelmed. Got called into my interview 50 minutes late which made me quite anxious and they also gave no update as to why this was. Interview lasted 45-50 minutes, the longest interview I’ve ever had for a role.
