I did two online phone screens and one on-site interview. The on-site interview consists of an 1-hour presentation about my research background and 5 rounds of 1-to-1 interviews. I got rejected about 1 week after the interview. One thing I noticed is that they seemed to have too many candidates for the single position, and if you don't get the job, you are also ruled out for other FB positions.
