My recruiter set up a phone interview for me, after that I had a take home exercise to complete over the weekend followed by a one to one interview. From the beginning to the end the the processes was from Tuesday to the following Thursday - with most of the time to allow for me to complete the take home exercise. I thought it was a good process , quick (as it was August most of the other companies I was talking to had delays due to holidays) , no nonsense (I did not speak to any HR :-D ) and all about the coding and tech.
