Odfjell Drilling interview questions

Carried out in Norway ,very formal. All expenses refund via BACS. Job offer received with in 2 weeks of interview after all references were checked and contract arrive 1 day later. All in all a very easy experience .

The interview was mainly focused on Interpersonal skills and scenario based mainly testing the communication skills of the prospective employee and his ability to work in a multinational team based environment followed by a quick technical discussion with the technical team leader rounded up by HR asking for CTC expectations and giving a summary of benefits if considered for the position. Overall, a good experience
