One quick interview and generally they just ask for availability and if you have a drivers license with a clean drivers abstract. The drivers license isn't mandatory but they mention it is a plus.

Interview
Very simple straightforward. You show up, they ask you a couple questions about how much weight you’re comfortable carrying, then you get a uniform and start on day one. They also go over the pay, which starts at minimum wage.
