I applied through other source. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Ogaan (New Delhi) in May 2014
Interview
Via e-mail and a form filling process, the relevant senior was responsive and professional while making the position's requirements clear. The experience in turn was amazing and taught me about building ground for my further career in fashion.

Taste in fashion, current trends, knowledge of designers
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Ogaan (Mumbai)
Interview
I was asked to write a sample story and then called in for an interview with the features editor. I didn't think I was particularly suited for Elle and I guess neither did they. It was hard to gauge why they considered my application in the first place since my resume was pretty far from fashion-focused. Everyone was really nice. The experience itself was nicer than some others I've had.
