Very simple. For simple/assistant level position. Ability to move up without second interview though. Everything else submitted online. Super organized in obtaining all documents they needed from throughout process. Great process.

Interview
Typical interview - panel style with a short teaching demonstration (I believe 10 minutes). Be prepared to articulate how you are student-centered and what you have done to increase retention. If you have past student evals, that will be a bonus. Panel typically consists of 2-3 instructors, a dean, and a staff member.

What I have done in the past to increase retention.
I was called in to have a face to face interview. The interview was conversational and very relaxed. I enjoyed the interview. It was not stressful and was rather enjoyable as the position was described in more detail.
