The entire recruitment process starts with an online assessment. The assessment is straightforward and of moderate difficulty. The next stage is an Assessment Centre, which involves group exercises and one-on-one interviews. And finally, an interview with the Group MD

Interview
Quite a negative experience. The assessment consisted of a group exercise and an individual assessment. The group assessment was interactive, but I was not able to do my individual assessment despite waiting for my scheduled time as instructed.
I logged in 10 minutes to the required time, then the next was silence for 1 hour. I sent an email to the HR rep and a message to the panel after waiting for quite some time. The session ended abruptly without completing the assessment

It wasn't a tough process. I guess the process took about 4 - 6 weeks. The process started from the online quiz, group assessment and the final interview process. It was a smooth one.
