Found the job through a recruiting firm the company has on retainer. Interview was very, very basic. The questions were surface level questions to decide whether or not they liked you on a personal level. There was not much probing to decide whether you have the skill set required to fulfill the position.

Question 1
Unexpected questions regarding international trade terminology such as DDP, FOB, etc.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Okaya USA (Arlington Heights, IL) in Mar 2018
Interview
Applied on Indeed. Got a phone screening, basic interest gauging questions .
The interview was prefaced with a sheet of basic arithmetic problems. After, HR interview where they screen you some more. After this, I was sent a link for a personality/ IQ test.
The second interview is more of a panel with all of the sales managers.
Got a call a couple of weeks later that they would like to proceed with an offer pending a background check/drug test.
Seemed like a great company to work for. I just had a better offer elsewhere unfortunately.
