Interview
Process consisted of 4 separate interviews. The first being a screening interview and introduction to the mini-projects that would be presented to a panel during the second interview. This was followed by two more interviews, final was with the company founders (CEO & COO)

Question 1
My mini-project questions were: "Describe how you would approach standing up and implementing the work control framework necessary to support operations during construction, through commissioning, and into steady-state operations." and "Describe how you would establish, implement, and sustain a USQ program from the ground up."

Applied online. First interview with hiring manager. Second interview panel presentation of techincal project. Panel presentation was tough but fun. Project suppoed to take 8 hours but in reality it is much longer than that if you want to asnwer the prompt anywhere near the target solutionn

Interview
Went through two rounds of interviews. After the first was told there would only be one interview to follow and after the second interview found out there would be 2-3 additional interviews to follow. Over a month I followed up with the recruiter twice to be told she would get back to me but ultimately never heard back. The interviewer’s were cordial and seemingly nice but the lack of direction in the process and time wasted on my end was disappointing.

Asked about my experience, specifically in relation to the role. Neither interviewer asked any technical questions, instead I had to interject my experience to the best of my my abilities.
