I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Okoora (Ramat Gan) in May 2026
Interview
20~ min call from HR, we understood via phone that I have a gap and asked HR to check with the CEO (in this position you report directly to the CEO) if the gap is meaningful so I won't physically come to the office if there's a low chance for a fit. HR called a bit after and we scheduled a physical 1:1 meeting with the CEO. Eventually I was 7-5 minutes in his office, he typed the things that I mentioned from my background like a receptionist and barely looked at my face. after 5-7 minutes he said "thank you for coming, we will let you know if its relevant". The meeting was the quickest interview I have ever had in my life. Physically coming to their offices- knowing there is a gap - and letting me go after 5 minutes. I told HR to make sure they don't waste candidates time and HR mentioned they will learn for next time. This meeting could be held via zoom instead. Probably the worst interview I had in my life. Honestly if that's how they act in the beginning - who knows how they treat you later on. Disgraceful.

Question 1
They gave me a flow they currently use and asked me how I would make it better.
A phone call, followed by a take-home assignment to create a PRD for a feature targeting different types of users, along with high-fidelity UI mockups, a flowchart, and a PowerPoint presentation explaining the task.
In the end, they didn’t bother to share their evaluation of my assignment or provide any feedback.
