Oldham Midwest interview questions

Over the phone. Easy process. Answered all questions thoroughly. Very friendly. Started with a 30 minute zoom meeting explaining company and goals. Second interview was scheduled same day. Was able to answer any questions I had.

What interview process? I was emailed being asked to interview, and was provided with a Zoom link. Come to find out, the link is a webinar talking about the company as a whole and the door to door insurance sales they offer. How disrespectful of ones time!
