My interview process consisted of two in-person interviews and a skills assessment. I was then ghosted entirely by the organization. Communication was great up until decision time. Very disappointing and disrespectful of my time and effort.

Telephone interview ; then personal and group interviews are conducted. Job postings are mostly done through online publishing. Questions asked are typical book type questions, semi-formal process and not intimidating.
