Straight forward, asked about using different software applications, managing people, how to handle difficult situations, what are you looking for in a career, working with requirements and training other project teams on applications
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Olenick in Sept 2016
Interview
I applied for an Entry level position and i received a phone call a few days later from an HR rep asking me a few generic behavioral questions. What project are you most proud of? When did you face conflict when working in a group or team? When did you demonstrate leadership skills?. After the interview was over, the HR rep asked me if it was something i was interested in and setup an technical phone interview with an Engineer. Same deal here, went into more detail about my projects. Both HR and Engineer were both extremely nice. After the phone interview, it led to a interview at the company i would be contracted out too. At the in person interview, asked me 3 detailed behavioral questions and asked me to use the STAR format. We had a conversation for roughly an hour. Overall the whole process was smooth and everyone was really friendly.

Asked many questions about experience in my field for previous companies with whom I have worked. Interested in prior accomplishments and skill sets. All in all a positive straight-forward and positive experience.
