had one interview, and a referral, and was ghosted, I followed up several times just asking for any kind of response and never heard. It was just with a recruiter, not technical.
There was a 30 minute phone screen, then a 2 hour 3 question hackerrank test. I did not hear back after the hackerrank test, and followed up twice with two different people and never heard anything.

Initial call with recruiter, then a technical call with team lead. I had asked the recruiter whether the technical would require coding and he said he would let me know, but he never got back to me. The technical did not involve coding, it was just trivia about various development practices. I did not hear back from them for about 2 weeks, at which point they let me know that they were going on a hiring freeze but could pick up my application in 3 weeks. I withdrew my candidacy at this point as I accepted another offer.
The impression I got from the company is that it is very "woke", whether that is a good or bad thing is for you to decide.
