VP in the interview kept interupting with mhms that threw me off guard; questions were rapid fire and didn't seem like he cared much; the case was from someone who genuinely did not care at all for the interview -- they were extremely dismissive and was not paying attention; easy case but bad experience

Nach der Bewerbung mit CV, Zeugnissen und Anschreiben wurde ich nach etwa 2 Wochen zu einem Telefoninterview eingeladen. Nach dem erfolgreichen Absolvieren des Telefoninterview wurde ich zu einem Interviewtermin nach München eingeladen. Der Interviewtag bestand aus einer Unternehmenspräsentation und drei Interviewrunden. Die einzelnen Runden bestanden jeweils aus einem Personal-Fit Teil und einem Case. Alle Gesprächspartner waren sehr angenehm und sympathisch. Nach dem Mittagessen wurden dann die Ergebnisse mitgeteilt und Feedback gegeben.

Interview
No HR screening at the beginning. In total, 5/6 case interviews, most of them with very senior people (i.e. partners). Positive experience overall while they were a bit long in providing a feedback

This was a longer interview process than all other consulting interviews I've done (6+ rounds). The interviewers were great, but HR & processes were not very friendly at different stages.
